Onboarding & Kickoff
Welcome session, account setup, partner agreements and an introduction to program goals.

Core Training
Weekly live workshops and guided modules covering product knowledge, sales and delivery.

Applied Projects
Hands-on client simulations with mentor reviews and a mid-batch progress checkpoint.

Assessment & Certification
Final evaluations, capstone presentations and the graduation ceremony for certified partners.
